Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are received into our distribution center. Once your return has been processed, you will be issued an online store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card via email. Please keep your return tracking number for your records.
If you're unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to receive return authorization instructions. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingerie & sleepwear, swimwear, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets). Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
Store credit via E-Gift Card for your returned item(s) will be processed once they are received at our distribution center. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear) with all Plussizefix and product tags attached. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not issue credit. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
RESERVED RIGHTS, REGARDING RETURNS
Plussizefix reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or,
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, Plussizefix reserves the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Non-Plussizefix items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt.
WANT TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center, we are unable to accommodate exchanges by mail. We will issue you a store credit via an E-Gift Card once we've received your return. That way, you may use the E-Gift Card towards the correct item/size or for another item.
We will ship you a replacement item or in the form of refund or E-Gift Card you can repurchase the item if desired. We strongly suggest including a tracking number with your package, as we are not liable for packages that get lost in transit.
Once we receive your package, we will email you an E-Gift Card in the amount of your item, plus the cost of the shipping return (up to $10.00 USD provided you also include a copy of the receipt itemizing the return shipping cost).

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please send it back to our distribution center within 30 days of the delivery date with a completed return slip. All merchandise returns must be unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached. We are happy to issue you a refund in the form of a PLUSSIZEFIX E-Gift Card for use on a future purchase. E-Gift Cards never expire! Please keep in mind that Gift Cards issued in-store must be used on an in-store purchase and are not transferable to our online store, even if the original purchase was made online.
DOES PLUSSIZEFIX ISSUE REFUNDS?
Yes, we offer refunds for orders that do not meet customer satisfaction. Order refunds will cover the original purchase price and tax if applicable.

We know how frustrating this can be and always want to make sure every order is perfect! Once you receive your order, please thoroughly check the delivered items immediately. If you believe an item is missing/defective/not part of your order, please contact our Customer Care Team within two days of receipt and let us know. We will work with you to correct the order as quickly as possible.
I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER AND I WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?
To avoid unnecessary and potentially costly return shipping, please contact us our Customer Care Team before returning an item. We will do our best to accommodate your return request. Please note that we are not responsible for returns until they reach our distribution center in Los Angeles, CA.
