When do we deliver?

All orders are shipped from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed over the weekend are shipped first Monday.

Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch, PlusSizeFix.com are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Plussizefix.com is not liable for any stolen or mishandled packages once USPS has completed delivery to your shipping address.
Every customer order will receive a USPS Tracking #. Once USPS Tracking has confirmed package delivery, PlusSizeFix.com is no longer liable for any lost packages.
All Express orders require a signature upon receipt.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization.
We proudly ship all products with the United States Postal Service. All orders are provided with an Official United States Postal Confirmation Number. Please make sure to provide us with the correct shipping information, you will be responsible for the shipping destination.

Insurance

PlusSizeFix.com insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. After your purchase you will receive a USPS Tracking # showing your delivery status. Once USPS Tracking delivery is confirmed, PlusSizeFix.com is no longer liable for any lost packages. Express deliveries, we require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by PlusSizeFix.com and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

Taxes & Duties

The following states are subject to sales tax: California.

Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page..

Outside the USA, most destinations are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price. The following countries are shipped to on a DDP basis:

If a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected (such as Bermuda or Mexico), product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. As we are unable to advise the amount this may be, we will always seek your confirmation by email prior to dispatching a DDU order. Please look out for this email to ensure timely dispatch of your order.
